CS2 Danger Zone

The Battle Royale Game Server Mode for Counter-Strike 2.
Fast-paced matches, shrinking map, tablet upgrades, and supply drops.

How to Play

The playable area shrinks over time, forcing fights and rewarding positioning and map control. You drop in, loot weapons and gear, use the tablet to buy upgrades and call in supply drops, and fight to be the last player standing.Rounds are short—around 10 minutes—making it easy to jump in for a quick game.

Connect to one of the Danger Zone servers listed above. If you join while a session is in progress, you can spectate until the round is over, then you can join as a player in the next round and experience the thrill of CS2 Danger Zone battle royale gameplay.

3/18/2026

  • Repulsor now takes damage
  • Balanced item spawns across the map
  • Items can now spawn without crates
  • Fixed glow around items
  • You now keep 50% of your money after death (increased from 20%)
  • All servers now support SDR connections instead of VPN (primarily benefits players from Russia) - simply enable the "Use Steam VPN" option in the tablet

  • Added the ability to pick up Bump Mines from the ground
  • Initial steps to balance red box spawning (max one big red box per hex)
  • Fixed picking up ammo from the ground for pistols
  • Molotov distance: will now detonate after 60s or after touching the ground

  • Tablet Map now shows hexagons that represent where players currently are
  • Added High-Res Upgrade for purchase to the shop, buying it displays smaller triangles instead of larger hexagons

  • Updated the look of the Buy Menu to better match CSGO

  • MORE LOOT, EVERYWHERE!
  • You can now carry two primary weapons
  • Removed certain weapons from the pool entirely like the auto sniper
  • You can now stack bump mines for more momentum
  • Zero Fall Damage while you have an exojump equiped
  • Being able to hit red boxes with your fists at the cost of reduced damage
  • Added repulsor (respawn beacon) to Solos (may be moved to airdrops only later, but for now enjoy spawning with it!)
